Assalamualaikum and good day.
Why do I blog?
Since last year people around me kept telling me how makin berisi I get, how bulat my stomach have become, my used to be cengkung cheek now getting tembam and et-cet-era. Surprisingly, words that I never imagine would bother me, really hurts my ego a big time because I used to be some kind of athletic dude<~~~~~ at least, that is what I believe all these while hehehehe.
For that particular reason, I've decided. This year on wards I have to start an active and healthy lifestyle. I have started to run, hike, swim and work my flabby-body out. I won't let any negative comment/s about my 'used-to-be athletic' figure thrown at me ever again <~~~~~ Errrrrr shouldn't " its good for my health and to get fit" is the suitable reason used instead? Hell no, peeps! That was a very typical statement. No body use cliche statement to support their personal interest nowadays.
Okayyyyyyy. So? Why do I blog?
Since I've committed myself to take up running, hiking and any outdoor's activities as a hobby now, I decided to have a special blog dedicated to my activities and events that I take part.
This blog hopefully, should also work as a reminder/ encouragement for me to continue and I also hope it can also inspire all of you to live a healthier yet sweaty lifestyle!
